SHIPPING & RETURNS

Standard orders ship via USPS Ground, which delivers in 2-5 business days across the United States. Expedited shipping is available for an increased cost.

Orders are shipping from Colorado Springs, CO. Expected delivery time is designated by USPS. We are not liable for any delays incurred. We recommend selecting expedited shipping if you would like your order to arrive by a specific date that is less than one week away.

Standard order returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.  All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received.

ALL PERSONALIZED CUSTOM ORDER SALES ARE FINAL! Such items are made to our clients' specifications and cannot be resold.  For this reason, we are unable to process returns on orders with any personal information included in the specifications.

In the event your item is delivered faulty or damaged, please send us an email with a picture of the item and packaging upon delivery.  We will get back to you ASAP to initiate a replacement.
